4. Order process
a) by making a purchase, you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out on our website; you must select your preferred method of delivery and confirm your order. You will be transferred to our payment service provider’s website, we will then send you an (initial acknowledgement), and once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order.
b) We will send you an order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract between us) or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.ll have the opportunity to identify and correct input errors before your order is placed through our website or by telephone us with the contact details on this page.
5.Payment
a) payments must be made during the checkout process for the products you order. We accept credit/debit cards, but not by telephone.
b) if any amount due for the goods that you ordered remains unpaid, and then we may withhold the products ordered or cancel the contract of sale for the products by written notice or to the email address, you provide in your order.
6. Prices
a) our prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT. We will from time to time change the prices quoted on our website, but this will not affect contracts that have previously come into force.
b) in addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which we will inform you before the contract of sale comes into force.
7. Deliveries
a) we will arrange delivery for the products you ordered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process.
b) unless a date is set out in the order confirmation for the type of shipping method, otherwise we will deliver your products as soon as possible by Royal Mail standard UK mail (within 1-2 days following the date of the order confirmation) and unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within (5 days) of your order confirmation.
c) you must inform us if goods ordered were not received after fifteen (working days) from the date which your order was placed, we accept no responsibility unless you notify us in writing, email or telephone with the contact details on our website.
d) please notify us within five (working days) if you find that the products were not what you ordered or are damaged as a result of our error, please return the products in their original unused condition, and we will either exchange or refund to you the amounts paid for the products and the delivery charge.
e) the goods must be in their original unused condition and in their original packaging, you must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. We recommend you obtain a receipt of posting. Please also include your contact details, order number and reason for the return and let us know the action you would like us to take (i.e. for a refund or an exchange).
8. Shipping Costs
We use Royal Mail to deliver your parcels
- Standard UK 1st class: 1-2 working day delivery, after posting (including Saturdays)
- The flat rate to UK customers: £2.80 by First class Royal Mail standard post
- The flat rate to International customers will be calculated at checkout
Customers in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may be subject to different delivery times due to Customs checks.
9. Returns policy
a) we hope you will be happy with your purchase, if for any reasons you are not satisfied with our products, you have the right to cancel your order after seven (working days) after the day on which you receive your goods.

a) if you cancel a contract but have already received the goods, you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and return them to the contact details above. You must pay the direct cost of returning the products to us.
b) the goods must be in their original unused condition and in their original packaging, you must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit. If the customer does not exercise reasonable care and the goods are damaged, we may recover that amount and will be deducting it from any refund due to you. If you fail to return the goods despite being required to by the contract, then we may have a claim against you for breach of contract
10. Refund
a) we will process a refund due to you using the same method used to make the payment, usually within 7 days after the day on which we receive the returned products and in any case, within 14 days at the latest. If we have not sent the products to you at the time of cancellation, we will process a refund due to you as soon as possible.
11. Liability
a) we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental damage or injury to person resulting from the use of any services contained on this website.
